GRATEFUL DISCIPLES IS YOUR PLACE FOR STEWARDSHIP RESOURCES, MENTORING, and LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Discover Impact

At its best, faith impacts life. This is the reason for Impact, a dynamic, monthly resource to form people as disciples and good stewards who share their gifts and faith, making an impact in their lives and the life of the world. Each month, Impact focuses on themes found in the Sunday readings, connecting Mass with the call to discipleship, growing as good stewards, and sharing faith in daily life.

Impact can be shared via email, your website, parish bulletin, or at parish or diocesan gatherings. Each issue of Impact offers reflections rooted in the Sunday readings for the month, an outline to use in parish meetings or faith sharing groups, and a leader’s guide that includes homily connections for each Sunday.

Subscribers to Impact have permission to share the issues in any format, online, via email blast, or in print. Impact is posted in PDF full color, PDF Gray tone, and Jpeg format as well as a digital edition each month. Impact Leaders includes homily connections for each Sunday of the month, an outline for using in parish meetings or small faith groups, and the text file for inclusion in parish bulletins.

The Grateful Disciples Guide and Journal

The Grateful Disciples guide begins with a foundational exploration of the vision of stewardship as a prayerful, living, response to God's grace in our lives. The guide highlights six key steps in bringing this vision to life in the parish and among parishioners. Click here for a sample of Grateful Disciples in English. Click here for a sample of DiscĂpulos Agradecidos (in Spanish). The Becoming Grateful Disciples Gratitude Journal invites people to reflect on key themes in a spirituality of stewardship.

The guide is only part of the story. Stewardship leaders understand the importance of communication and formation as they invite parishioners to embrace stewardship as a way of life. Grateful Disciples equips leaders with many foundational materials, offered as downloads on the Grateful Disciples website. Additional resources such as bulletin articles, a study guide, introductory video, worksheet masters, and planning tools are provided with the Grateful Disciples guide, so that stewardship teams will be ready to lead their people to live as grateful disciples.
